Model/philosophy: The school offers a play-based curriculum in an all-outdoor setting with daily hikes into the woods, art, gardening, and stories under a canopy of trees.
Special features: The entire 5-hour day is spent outdoors (except during dangerous weather).
Schedule: 9am–2pm Monday–Friday, September–May. Two one-week summer camps offered in June and again in July. Extended care is available during summer camps 7:30am–6pm. Children up to the age of 11 are welcome to join The Butterfly Garden for camp.
Regular School Term
3–6-year-old class: 2 days per week, $330 per month; 3 days per week, $440 per month; 4 days per week, $550 per month; 5 days per week, $660 per month.
2-year-old class: 2 days per week, $480 per month; 3 days per week, $600 per month; 4 days per week, $710 per month; 5 days per week, $820 per month.
Ages 2.5–6: $180 per week ($165/week for students currently enrolled); extended care additional $50 per week ($40/week for students currently enrolled)
Ages 7–11: $150 per week; extended care additional $50 per week
